Get your CV reviewed by someone who's actually hired in motorsport.
Breaking into motorsport is competitive but not impossible. Knowing whether your CV is helping or holding you back shouldn't be guesswork.
I'll personally review and annotate your CV before we meet, looking at it through the lens of someone who has shortlisted candidates and been involved in hiring inside an F1 team.
Then we'll spend 60 minutes together working through the feedback, your experience, the roles you're targeting and what you can do to become a stronger candidate.
Power Hour & CV Review

By booking a session, you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
Motorsport Jobs Are Competitive.
Your CV Needs to Work Hard. You might have the right degree, transferable experience and genuine knowledge of the industry, but that doesn't necessarily mean your CV is showing employers why they should speak to you.
When hundreds of people can apply for a single role, small things matter.
How you position your experience. What you choose to emphasise. Whether your achievements are actually clear. How relevant your experience feels to the role. And, importantly, what someone reviewing your CV understands about you in the first few seconds.
I'll review your application from the perspective of someone who has worked inside Formula 1, shortlisted candidates, assessed applications and contributed to hiring decisions, and show you what I'd change.
What people are saying…
How it Works
1. Send me your CV + career goals
Before our session, you'll send me your current CV and tell me a little about the roles you're applying for, where you are in your career and what you're trying to achieve in motorsport.
2. I personally review your CV
I'll review your CV before we speak, looking at your positioning, structure, experience, achievements, relevance and overall first impression. I'll annotate the document with detailed feedback.
3. We spend 60 minutes together
We'll go through the biggest opportunities I've identified and use the rest of the session to look at the wider picture: the roles you're targeting, how you're approaching your job search, gaps you may need to address and the best next steps for you.
4. You leave with a clear action plan
You'll have your annotated CV, specific recommendations and a much clearer understanding of how to position yourself for the motorsport roles you want.

Who This Is For
"I'm applying for motorsport jobs, but I'm not getting interviews."
We'll look at whether your CV is positioning you strongly enough and identify what could be stopping you from getting through the first stage.
"I don't have motorsport experience yet. How do I make my existing experience relevant?"
You don't necessarily need to have worked in motorsport already. We'll identify the transferable experience you do have and how to communicate it more effectively.
"I have the qualifications, but I don't know if my CV would actually stand out."
I'll give you the perspective that's difficult to get from friends, university careers services or generic CV tools: what I'd think if your CV landed in front of me.
"I don't know which roles I should actually be applying for."
That's where the Power Hour matters. We can look beyond the document itself at your experience, interests and where you could realistically fit within the wider motorsport industry.
"I'm trying to move into motorsport from another industry."
We'll look at how to reposition your existing experience so employers can quickly understand why it's relevant to them.

Clear, practical recommendations
You'll leave knowing what I'd change before your next application, and why.

What This Isn't
This isn't a CV writing service where I rewrite your application for you.
The goal is to help you understand how to make your CV stronger, give you detailed and actionable feedback, and show you how to position your own experience more effectively.
You'll make the final changes yourself, but you'll know exactly where to focus.
I've Been on the Other Side of the Application.
I've built my career across Formula 1, motorsport, agencies and global brands, including working inside McLaren Racing and now advising brands from Red Bull to MotoGP and organisations across the wider motorsport industry.
But importantly for this service, I've also been involved in hiring. At McLaren Racing, I reviewed and shortlisted CVs, assessed applicants and contributed to the interview and hiring process.
I've seen the volume of applications motorsport roles can attract. I've seen candidates with great experience struggle to communicate it. And I've seen how quickly someone reviewing hundreds of applications needs to understand why a candidate is worth speaking to.
That's the perspective I'll bring to your CV.
No generic templates. No AI-generated CV rewrite. No pretending there's one magic route into Formula 1/ motorsport.
Just specific feedback on your experience, your application and what I'd recommend you do next.
