Motorsport Power Hour – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Motorsport Power Hour (“the Session”) provided by Out Lap Agency (“we”, “us”, “our”) and delivered by Kim Hobson in a personal capacity. By booking or participating in a Session, you (“you”, “the client”) agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of the Session

The Motorsport Power Hour is a one-to-one advisory session focused on sharing personal experience, insights and guidance relating to careers, content, and marketing within motorsport.

The Session is not:

• an official programme of McLaren Racing, Scuderia Ferrari or any other team or organisation

• a guarantee of employment or internship opportunities

• a replacement for formal professional, legal, or financial advice

All guidance is based on personal experience only.

2. Booking & Payment

Sessions are booked via our online scheduling system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand plans can change. The following applies:

Client-requested changes

• You may reschedule your Session up to 24 hours before the start time.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the Session are non-refundable.

• If you do not attend the Session without prior notice, the booking is considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Provider-initiated changes

In the unlikely event we need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• a new Session time that suits you

4. Use of Information

All information shared during the Session is for personal use only.
You agree not to record, publish, or distribute any part of the Session without written permission.

We will not share your personal details or Session content with third parties except where required by law.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or career information discussed during the Session.

However, you acknowledge that no confidential or proprietary information relating to McLaren Racing, Scuderia Ferrari or any other employer or partner will be disclosed during the Session.

6. Limitations of Liability

While every effort is made to provide helpful and accurate guidance, we make no guarantees regarding:

• job outcomes

• interview results

• acceptance into motorsport organisations

• career progression

We are not liable for any decisions you make as a result of advice given.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Out Lap Agency and Kim Hobson disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from participation in the Session.

7. Personal Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully.
We reserve the right to end a Session early if behaviour is inappropriate, discriminatory, or harmful. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Intellectual Property

Any templates, notes, advice, or materials shared during or after the Session remain the intellectual property of Out Lap Agency. You may use them for personal purposes only.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Your continued use of the Session constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
